Sharpe Series 66 High Purity Ball Valves are constructed with a 316 stainless steel body. These 3 piece stainless steel ball valves maintain a full port for unrestricted flow of media through the ball. The valve stem is live loaded, blowout proof, anti-static, and features packing that extends the valve life cycle over conventional ball valves - making it the ideal choice for actuation.

Both the body and end pieces are constructed of 316L Stainless Steel ASTM AF3M and heat stamped for for full traceability. CMTR's (Certified Material Test Reports) are provided for all valves. The Series 66 Ball Valves 3-Piece design allows for inline serviceability by swinging the center section out for easy access to internal components without disturbing tubing alignment. Holding together the body are heavy duty 304 stainless steel hex bolts and 316 stainless steel nuts. The bolts are encapsulated within the body for protection from the environment, easy washdown, and elimination of pinch points.

Sharpe High Purity Series 66 Valves ship standard with a traditional lever handle that is lockable in both open and closed positions to protect from accidental actuation as well as be compliant for LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) practices. Oval trip-proof handles also available upon request.
