Heavy Duty Sanitary Clamps - VNE High Pressure Bolted
VNE 13MHP High Pressure Clamps are constructed from 304 Stainless Steel for long lasting performance. High pressure sanitary clamps are capable of withstanding nearly twice the pressure of a like sized hinge clamp. High pressure clamps are often a necessity where temperature fluctuations occur and PTFE gaskets are installed.
Clamp style fittings are most popular due to the easy assembly and breakdown of process lines and equipment for repair or maintenance. VNE Clamp Fittings are offered in 304 and 316L Stainless Steel and meet all 3A requirements.
Service pressure ratings are based on the following parameters: matching elastomer gaskets and weld ferrules properly aligned and assembled with the clamps tightened to required torques. Tests are done hydrostatically with no water hammer or shock loads. Please note the pressure ratings of the described unions may be above the recommended pipe line operating pressures.
