When choosing the size please note that the old style 1" Plug & Stem is for SRV6 models made before 5/94, which has 2 spring ranges on the housing, and the new style Plug & Stems are for all the SRV6's made after 5/94, which have 1 spring range on the housing.

The Spirax Sarco SRV6 Series Angle Pattern Sanitary Pressure Regulators are constructed of 316/316L Stainless Steel for use on steam, process liquids and gases. This unit is capable of control downstream pressure from 7-75 psi (0.5-5.2 bar). The maximum operating pressure is 116 psi (8.0 bar) and the maximum operating temperature is 347° Fahrenheit (175° Celsius)

Installation:
The SRV6 should be installed with the inlet vertical and the spring chamber upward. Full installation instructions included with each valve.

Maintenance:
Complete isolation of the valve is required before any servicing is performed. Full installation and maintenance instructions are supplied with the product.

Stainless steel sanitary pressure regulator shall be diaphragm actuated with integral valve guide and have all wetted parts in AISI 316/316L mechanically polished to 20 microinch Ra then electropolished. All parts AISI 300 series with electropolished external surfaces. Angle pattern design shall be fully self-draining when installed with inlet vertical.
