Dixon Sanitary L5107 Butterfly Valve, Double-Acting Actuator w/ Clamp Ends
Dixon Sanitary L5107 Series Actuated Butterfly Valves are shipped fully assembled for quick and simple installation. The "H" Style L5107 Butterfly Valves include a double-acting pneumatic vertical canister style actuator. Upon instrument air failure the discs in these valves will remain in place at time of failure to allow the process to continue flowing as it was.
Dixon Sanitary L5107 Butterfly Valves with sanitary Tri-Clamp® end connections are available for tubing runs from from 1" up to 4" outer diameter. All Dixon Sanitary L5107 Butterfly Valves are constructed from forged 304 Stainless Steel with a 32Ra ID/OD polish. All valves are 100% hydraulic tested and 100% inspected prior to shipment! Rated for 0.4 inHg of vacuum at 68°F and operation at temperatures from 15°F to 200°F.
These valves are simple, rugged and above all, dependable and can be used either as a shutoff valve (on/off service) or as a throttling valve (for flow control). The slim design, superior craftsmanship, choice materials, top quality strength and surface finish make the L5107 the preference of many industries with sanitary requirements. Various elastomers, end types and accessories make this a highly versatile valve. Typical uses would include isolation of equipment, fill/drain systems, bypass systems and other similar applications.
