VNE Single Pin Heavy Duty Clamps w/ Solid Wing Nut
VNE 13MHHM Heavy Duty Single Pin Clamps are offered with an option of either cross hole or solid wingnuts. These clamps feature full stainless steel construction, including the bolt, wing nut, and pin. Single Pin Sanitary Tri-Clamps® are easily removed for quick process line servicing and more than capable of withstanding typical line pressures.
Clamp style fittings are most popular due to the easy assembly and breakdown of process lines and equipment for repair or maintenance. VNE Clamp Fittings are offered in 304 and 316L Stainless Steel and meet all 3A requirements.
Service pressure ratings are based on the following parameters: matching elastomer gaskets and weld ferrules properly aligned and assembled with the clamps tightened to required torques. Tests are done hydrostatically with no water hammer or shock loads. Please note the pressure ratings of the described unions may be above the recommended pipe line operating pressures.
