Traceability
All fittings are marked according to the latest ASME-BPE specifications. Permanently marking each fitting allows for full traceability back to the original stainless steel used to make the part. All Material Test Reports are available upon request.
Quality
Every BPE fitting is inspected by a highly trained staff to the latest ASME-BPE specifications.
Packaging
All BPE fittings are capped and bagged in transparent bags to prevent damage and contamination.
Borescoped
Their high resolution borescope gives Steel & O'Brien the ability to inspect for ASME-BPE weld discoloration acceptance. They can inspect and record welds with an inside diameter of .370 and larger with a reach of up to 76″ from access port.
Polishing
Polishing is an important component for BPE fittings. Polish offerings comply to the latest ASME-BPE requirements.
