Dixon Sanitary Washdown Spray Nozzles - Thermal-Gard™ Elevated Temperature

Dixon Sanitary's AWSG-TG Thermal-Gard™ Elevated Temperature Spray Nozzle protects the operator from extreme water temperatures that exceed the comfort zone of standard washdown nozzles. A black thermal insulating sleeve encompasses the body of this unit, and a black rubber cover coats the stainless steel lever handle. The lightweight aluminum alloy body has been electroless nickel plated for additional corrosion resistance. This unit features a non-rational 3/8" NPT inlet, so a stainless steel adapter from 3/8" NPT to 1/2" NPT is included to standardize the inlet connection. This unit is recommended when water temperatures start to exceed 140°F. Rated for use with water up to 200°F.
