Dixon Sanitary B24-BM Uni-Hinge Base Mount Block-Style Tube Hangers
Dixon Sanitary B24-BM Uni-Hinge Base Mount Block Hangers are available for tubing from 1/2" up to 3" outside diameter. Ideal for clean rooms and mechanicals areas in biotech, pharmaceutical, as well as food and beverage processing plants. Use this silicone block hanger for low flow and low pressure systems with moderate vibrations (WFI, SIP, CIP, process, utility, and instrument lines).
Dixon B24-BM features:
- 304 Stainless Steel hardware as standard
- Unitized ZERO PUDDLE silicone insert (80 duro, blue)
- Temperature Range: -40°F to 320°F (-40°C to 160°C) intermittent, -20°F to 285°F (-40°C to 160°C) continuous
- No exposed threads or openings
- Polished plates
- Cleaned bolts
- Nuts lubricated with safe product
