FEP Encapsulated Silicone Cam and Groove Gaskets are the optimal seal for your Camlock fittings. These encapsulated gaskets provide the best qualities of each material to form a superior seal. The silicone core provides the same resilience as tradional silicone gasket, and the FEP encapsulation affords all the benefits of a PTFE gasket. FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) has very similar chemical characteristics to traditional PTFE but is engineered to be easily formed. These FEP encapsulated gaskets are designed for use with practically all chemicals, even in the toughest corrosive environments.
