Fluid conditioning gaskets provide for the most comprehensive range of stainless steel mesh and filter cloth which provide for particulate elimination to protect fill and finish sterile products. Screen construction is 316 Stainless Steel Dutch Twill weave for maximum strength and minimum pressure drop.

PTFE has a low coefficient of friction, has excellent insulating properties, and is chemically inert to most substances. It also can withstand high heat applications and it is well known for its anti-stick properties.

These gaskets are manufactured to the highest standards in a variety of sizes, materials and styles to suit all your needs. They are certified to US Pharmacopoeia Class VI-XXII, Cytotoxicity Criteria, Title 21CFR177.1550 & .2600 and USDA & 3A Sanitary Standards. The shelf life of rubber gaskets/O-rings is the period from curing to the date it is put into use in an application. Shelf life is retained as long as it is stored in a 65° to 85° clean, dry warehouse in the original package away from sunlight and electric motors.

CAUTION
PTFE (Teflon®) is a material subject to plastic flow. When cycled through heat and then cooled down in process lines, PTFE gaskets will not return to their original configuration and will continue to compress as the cycling continues. This plastic flow will allow leakage if clamp torques are not maintained.
