Austenitex is committed to selling only the highest quality products and providing outstanding customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return for exchange, merchandise credit, or refund. Please ensure the item you are returning is in the same original condition that you received it in, save all original tags, packaging, and paperwork in preparation for return.

Please contact us at sales@austenitex.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return authorization. Please include your First and Last name as well as your order number in your email.

All sales are final on any items marked closeout or clearance.

Problems With Your Order
If an item is missing - you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment. The invoice enclosed with your order indicates which items shipped. You can reference the UPS label to see how many packages are in your shipment. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact us.

If your order didn’t arrive - UPS shipments can be tracked. Please see the item shipped email you should have received for your tracking number. For orders shipped through United States Postal Service or through Freight, please allow up to ten business days for your order to arrive.

If an item is damaged or defective - Your satisfaction is Austietex’s number one priority, and if an item does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us following our return guidelines.
